An adult boy decides that quitting his job is an acceptable response to being ordered by the court to pay child support.

So, what is an adult boy?  A male considered to be an adult in the eyes of society that behaves like a boy instead of a man.

This particular adult boy is 33 years old, unmarried, earns close to $60K/yr, has 3
children with 2 different women. 

This text is extremely troubling.  It's bad enough that he has to be forced to take care of his own
flesh and blood.  He throws a temper tantrum and lashes out like a toddler himself.  The selfishness is unbelievable.  It's all about his personal needs.  He even has the nerve to say he can't work for nothing.  Is your son nothing?  Is your son's wellbeing nothing?  Heaven forbid this adult boy cancel cable and miss his beloved ESPN or move into a one bedroom apartment or eat sardines so that his son has a place to live, clothes to wear, and food to eat.

Did society fail this adult boy?  Did he raise himself?  Did his older sister raise him?  Did he get caught up in the system?  Did he have a male role model growing up?  Was he ever taught responsibility?  Is he mentally ill?

If we don't teach our children what really matters, then there may be a generation of adult boys just like this one.  Compassion, accountability, honesty, respect, love, generosity, faith, integrity, and trust will create an adult man.

The Gain Fitness  iPhone app is like having your own  personal trainer without the expense.  The app is free, however  there are additional training packs that can be purchased.  The free program
installed has plenty of variety and will definitely get you fit.  The individual packs are $2.99-$3.99.  You can get a complete program for $9.99-$29.99.  The Road Warrior, Butterfly Yoga, and Basketball Pro (coming soon) packs can get a bit expensive.   

The trainer sounds like a real person.  None of that autotune mess.  The trainer gives
encouragement during the warm-up and cool down.  I love the motivation, but wish there was some incorporated during the actual workout.  That's where I need to hear "Nice Job" or "You Can Do It" most.  The exercise demonstrations are easy to understand overall.  There were a few where I needed to see a back view. 

You can design your ideal workout for home, on the go, or at the gym.  Everything is  there.  If you want to squeeze in a quick workout, then you can do the abbreviated version.  I've been doing the home workouts for the last 2 weeks.  The home option allows you to enter the equipment available from dumbells to stability balls.  Set the time and days you want to workout and reminder
push notifications will be sent to you.  It also tracks your progress and allows you to share a workout on Facebook and Twitter. 

Currently, the GAIN Fitness app is only available on iPhone.  The website says that
versions for iPad and other devices are coming soon.  

Overall, I give the GAIN Fitness app 4 hearts.  It's easy to use, mobile, encouraging, and FREE!
