Having a clean and professional looking landing page (opt-in page, sign-up page) can be the difference between making a sale or not. When visitors land on the page, you want the majority of them to enter their email addresses so that you can build a relationship with them that results in a sale. Your secondary goal as an entrepreneur should be to do this at the most cost effective way possible. Here are 3 options for creating a professional landing page for zero dollars:
Option 1
Create one website that is only used for landing pages. You can purchase an domain name or use the free one provided by sites like Weebly, Wix, etc. Purchasing a domain name will allow you to have consistent branding, but you can also use a custom bit.ly or miniurl.in for branding purposes. Your domain should be somewhat generic so that you can use it for multiple purposes. For example, successtoolsbysarah.com or carlsuggests.com. You can also use your company name with a different extension like .me, .tv, .net. Although you’re paying for the domain, it’s still much more cost effective than paying $200-$500/month for LeadPages or ClickFunnels.
In order to do this you’ll want to make all pages hidden except for the home page. This way visitors will only have access to the page they land on.
Option 2
Hide a page on your primary website. Be certain to remove the header and any sidebar items that would distract a visitor and cause them to forget to enter their email address.
Option 3
